• Production begins based on the information provided by the customer.
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the error was made by Gannon Wood Works LLC.

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, mockups, and customization details before approval.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.
• Refuse or cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen issues.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any order.

Most handmade products require time for crafting, finishing, and quality inspection.

Estimated production times provided on our website are approximate and may vary due to:

We will make every reasonable effort to meet estimated completion dates.

Orders are shipped through third-party carriers.

Customers acknowledge that:

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom and personalized orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable except when:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The item contains a manufacturing defect.
• The customization differs from the approved order details due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

Natural changes in wood caused by environmental conditions, age, or normal use are not considered defects.
